乙方在既不违背原著初衷和主旨、又不歪曲原著创作思想的前提下，被授权自行

Party B is authorized to exercise the right to edit the memoirs on its own or by entrusting others without violating the original intention and theme of the original work, nor distorting the original creative ideas.

Party B shall be authorized to exercise the right of film and television adaptation of the memoirs on its own or entrusted to others on the premise that it does not violate the original intention and main thrust of the original works and does not distort the original creative ideas.

On the premise that Party B does not violate the original intention and purport of the original work and does not distort the original creation idea, Party B is authorized to exercise the film and television adaptation right of the memoir by itself or by others.
