[Abstract] Objective: To formulate an inquiry nursing plan for the circular nursing model for the respiratory tract nursing after tracheotomy in severe neurosurgery patients. Method: Based on the full assessment of the patient's condition, according to the PICO principle, the clinical questions were raised and converted into a form that is easy to retrieve. Search the Cochrane Library () WANFANGMEDONLINE () original document database. Results: A total of 2 systematic reviews of tracheal tube care, airway humidification care, and infection prevention care after tracheotomy in neurosurgical critical patients were retrieved, and 1 randomized controlled trial. According to the search results, combined with the patient's condition and willingness, an effective circulating care plan is formulated for the patient: regular tracheal tube care, airway humidification care, effective sputum suction care, and infection prevention care. After three months of basic treatment, the patient had no complications and the tracheotomy was basically healed. Conclusion: Inquiry nursing has a significant application effect in respiratory tract nursing after tracheotomy in neurosurgical patients; it is suitable for being widely used in nursing after tracheotomy. <BR>[Key words] consultation nursing; neurosurgery critically ill patients; tracheotomy; respiratory tract nursing

After three months of basic treatment, no complications occurred in the patient, the tracheotomy basically healed.
