This paper takes the sales staff of K Company as the research object and takes Adams' equity theory as the theoretical basis. Referring to domestic and foreign books, literature and other research materials, this paper analyzes the current research situation in this field, collects relevant information on performance management of K company and its sales staff through field investigation, and comprehensively analyzes the current performance management system of K company by combining the first-hand information obtained from questionnaire survey. Then, it provides scientific and reasonable countermeasures for the problems faced by K company's sales staff performance management system.
