Application of preoperative lung rehabilitation in patients with early thoracic mirror pulmonary leaf excision in pre-hospital mode<br><br>Summary: Purpose:<br>The application effect of preoperative pulmonary rehabilitation in patients with early lung cancer pulmonary leaf excision in pre-hospital mode was discussed.<br><br>Methods: From October 2019 to July 2020, 142 patients with early lung cancer treated in thoracic surgery at a hospital in Guangzhou were conveniently selected and randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group, with 71 cases each.<br><br>The control group received routine preoperative care, while the control group increased preoperative lung rehabilitation training from the day of pre-hospitalization to the day of surgery on the basis of intervention by the control group.<br><br>Both groups of patients evaluated Borg index score and 6WMD on the day of pre-hospitalization, the day before surgery and the first day after surgery, evaluated effective cough mastery on the first day after surgery, and recorded postoperative hospitalization time, discharge time and incidence of lung complications upon discharge.<br><br>Results:<br>Borg score differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05) on borg scores on the day before and on the first day of surgery, while 6MWD on the day before and after surgery was significantly higher in the trial group, with statistical differences (P).
